The IIT is currently offering three types of online classes. These are intended as a support for your home practice but cannot replace the personal instruction available at workshops and retreats.
- An evening class which is a solid practice session that can help to support your home practice. The first 30 minutes offers some simple exercises, whilst the remaining time is spent in standing and sitting meditation. These classes are offered by donation.
- Online workshops: These offer an at-home experience of a weekend workshop. Generally they run 4 hours in length and provide you with a series of exercises and understandings that will enable you to deepen your practice at the IIT. There is a charge for these workshops.
- A Year-Long Intensive Training. This is a systematic approach to building a Qigong practice, each stage building on the last.
