Qigong Workshop – Online Mini Series

Time:  9:30a to 1:30p (PT)

One of my long-time aspirations has been to lead a committed group of students through a structured training process over a significant period of time. A training like this would provide sequential development and a means by which to build a potent practice more quickly, due to the foundational understanding being laid thoroughly and methodically. This dream is finally achievable through the miracle of technology!

This will be the first of two introductions to the  2018 online year long trainin.. The Laughing Dragon training mini series is designed to provide a good overview of practice at the IIT. Upon completion, the student will have a good grasp of practice as well as a series of exercises that enables them to continue working on their own. The benefits of practice are profound – health, vitality, inspiration – to create a comprehensive list is impossible. Come and try, and then you will know. (Each workshop will build upon the previous yet you’re not required to attend every one.)

LOGISTICS:

These workshops will be live but not recorded. Being live enables a more powerful experience for all participants. If you have a webcam it may be useful in the event you have a question for Chris.

To attend you need to sign up now or at least 24 hours in advance. Once you sign up you will be sent registration information.

The cost for each workshop is $50;

If you would like to take this course in person there are a limited number of spaces available in the practice room. Please let us know if you would like this option. This option requires your consent to appear on camera.
